We want you to love your tarte™ products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Carefully pack your items in the original box or any sturdy mailer, ensuring the products are secure, and attach the shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
